KINJOYA PU PRIMER Install Guide

  • Surface Preparation: Ensure the substrate is clean and dry, free of oil, rust, or peeling old paint; concrete should be smooth, with cracks repaired beforehand.

  • Construction Process:

    a. Stir slightly before use, avoiding vigorous shaking to prevent air bubbles.

    b. Airless spraying (efficient) or brushing/rolling (for small areas).

    c. Apply in multiple layers, each about 0.5mm thick, with intervals based on surface dryness.

  • Environmental Requirements: Humidity ≤85%, temperature 0-35℃; avoid construction in rain, snow, or high humidity.

  • Curing Conditions: Naturally cure with moisture; full curing requires 7 days (25℃), and avoid impacts from heavy objects during this period.
