Surface preparation: Ensure the concrete surface is flat, clean, dry, and free of oil stains. Cracks or depressions should be repaired and leveled with mortar.
Material mixing: Mix the powder and liquid according to the specified ratio and stir thoroughly until uniform.
Coating application: Use rolling, brushing, or troweling methods to evenly apply the primer on the surface, ensuring consistent thickness and allowing the material to fully wet the concrete substrate.
Application thickness: For each 0.5mm layer, wait for the coating to dry before applying the next layer until the design thickness is achieved.

KINJOYA Polymer Cement Storage

The powder components of the product are packed in woven bags lined with plastic bags, and the liquid components are packed in sealed plastic drums or iron drums lined with plastic bags.
This product is non-flammable and explosive material, and can be transported as general goods. Avoid insolation and cold during transportation.
The environmental temperature of liquid storage is above 5℃; Keep the powder in a dry place to avoid moisture.
Under normal transportation and storage conditions, the storage period of products is 12 months.
