KINJOYA HP MAT
High-performance Drainage Building Material

KINJOYA HP Mat is a high-performance drainage building material developed by our company to meet the drainage needs in modern construction projects, municipal engineering, and landscaping. After years of technological research and practical verification, this product, made primarily from newly modified high-density polyethylene (HDPE), is manufactured using advanced heat-press molding processes. It combines excellent drainage performance, compressive strength, and corrosion resistance, effectively addressing issues such as water accumulation in underground projects, soil salinization, and building foundation settlement, providing solid support for the long-term stable operation of various engineering projects.

KINJOYA HP Mat Application

Suitable for drainage of underground garage roof slabs, rooftop green spaces, tunnel projects, landfill seepage prevention drainage, and other scenarios

KINJOYA HP Mat Key Benefits

  • Excellent Drainage Performance: The drainage board surface is designed with a unique three-dimensional protrusion structure, with protrusion heights ranging from 10mm to 50mm, allowing flexible selection according to different project requirements.

  • Super Strong Compression Resistance: The product is made of high-density polyethylene material and uses a special process to optimize the mechanical structure of the protrusions, ensuring that the drainage board maintains the integrity of the drainage channels even under heavy pressure.

  • Outstanding Corrosion Resistance: The high-density polyethylene material has excellent corrosion resistance, capable of withstanding acids, alkalis, organic solvents, and various chemical substances in soil.

  • Convenient Construction Experience: The drainage board is lightweight, making handling and installation very convenient.

KINJOYA HP Mat Install Guide

  • Subgrade Preparation: Before construction, debris, sharp stones, and other objects on the surface of the subgrade need to be cleared to ensure that the subgrade is flat and solid.

  • Drainage Board Installation: When laying, the protrusions of the drainage board should face upwards, and the overlapping width between adjacent drainage boards should not be less than 50mm. In special areas such as inside and outside corners or around pipes, the drainage board needs to be cut and spliced to ensure the continuity of the drainage channels.

  • Polyester Fabric Installation: Fixing and Protection For construction areas with steep slopes, special fixing nails can be used to secure the drainage board to the subgrade, with a spacing of 1–2 meters between nails. After laying, a layer of non-woven fabric or geotextile should be placed on the surface of the drainage board to filter sediment and protect the drainage channels. The overlapping width of the non-woven fabric should not be less than 100mm.

KINJOYA HP Mat Storage

  • Store the product upright in a cool warehouse, retaining inner supports. Keep it on pallets with the original protective film intact. Stack no more than two pallets high, using dunnage between layers for isolation.

  • Protect from direct sunlight, heat sources, freezing temperatures, organic solvents, and physical impact.

  • The product is suitable for long-term storage when these conditions are maintained.

  • All information is nominal values at the time of manufacturing, and related performance properties are based on the "as manufactured" condition. Actual values may vary depending on application methods, substrate conditions, environmental factors, and specific product configurations.
