High-Density Polyethylene Waterproofing Membrane

Excellent mechanical properties, with rolls and sheets made of HDPE (High-Density Polyethylene).  

Good adhesion, using pre-laid inversion bonding method to form full-bond waterproof structure with the concrete structure.  

Shortened construction period, dry-lay method can be applied to moist substrates.  

No waterproof protection layer required, steel reinforcement can be tied directly and concrete poured.  

Excellent impact and puncture resistance.  

Resistant to acids, alkalis, salts, and chloride ion erosion.

The membrane particle side is facing up, and the empty laying method is used to roll on the base layer, without gluing and fixing.

During vertical surface construction, mechanical fastening with shot nails and washers can be used within 10–20mm of the self-adhesive edge, at intervals of 400–600mm, ensuring that subsequent roll material covers the nail holes.

Roll material overlap treatment:

Long edge overlap: Remove the separation film from the overlapping edge, directly self-adhere, with a width ≥80mm, and press firmly with a roller.

Short edge overlap: Use polymer double-sided self-adhesive tape to butt splice, peel off the film from the centerline, adhere to the preceding and following rolls, and press firmly.

Store the product upright in a cool warehouse, retaining inner supports. Keep it on pallets with the original protective film intact. Stack no more than two pallets high, using dunnage between layers for isolation. 

Protect from direct sunlight, heat sources, freezing temperatures, organic solvents, and physical impact. 

The product is suitable for long-term storage when these conditions are maintained.
