KINJOYA CMCC
Cement-Based Capillary Crystalline Waterproof Coating

KINJOYA CMCC  cement-based capillary crystalline waterproof coating material is a powdery material composed of Portland cement, a group of specially treated active compounds and silica sand, which is completely compatible with concrete. It is a waterproof and protective material specially applied to concrete. Its active chemical substances permeate into concrete through carriers and react with free lime and water molecules in capillary tubes to form insoluble crystals, filling pores, thus making concrete dense and waterproof.

KINJOYA CMCC Application

It is suitable for permanent impermeability and waterproof works of cement concrete such as basement concrete structures, tunnels, sewage treatment pools, tap water pools, chemical plants, sewers, elevator shafts, swimming pools, etc.

KINJOYA CMCC Key Benefits

  • It has strong chemical infiltration and catalytic crystallization ability, which makes the concrete base have excellent impermeability and can resist the high water pressure with a water head over 120 meters for a long time.

  • With excellent self-healing ability, the unique active substance in the product is activated when it meets water, which promotes cement to regenerate new crystals, and can plug cracks below 0.4mm, thus blocking water.

  • It has excellent self-breathing function, and the produced crystals can block the penetration of water but not the passage of gas, and do not affect the breathing of concrete, thus ensuring the dryness and moisture resistance of the concrete structure.

  • Has good temperature resistance, humidity resistance, aging resistance, ultraviolet resistance, carbonization resistance and radiation resistance.

  • The coating can resist the corrosion of various chemicals (including weakly acidic substances, alkaline substances, chlorides, gasoline, diesel oil, etc.), and can obviously improve the durability of concrete.

  • The waterproof system is integrated with concrete, and the waterproof layer is not afraid of bumping and can bear certain external force. Even if the coating is damaged, it will not affect the waterproof performance.

  • It can be directly plastered, painted or paved with decorative materials such as ceramic tiles on the waterproof layer.

  • Non-toxic and pollution-free, and can be safely used in drinking water and other projects.

KINJOYA CMCC Install Guide

  • Substrate Preparation: Ensure the concrete substrate is flat, clean, dry, and free of oil. Cracks or depressions should be repaired and leveled with mortar, and the substrate should be kept in a moist state.

  • Material Mixing: Mix the powder with water according to the specified ratio and stir thoroughly until uniform.

  • Coating Application: Apply the primer evenly on the substrate using rolling, brushing, or troweling, ensuring consistent thickness and allowing the material to fully wet the concrete substrate.

KINJOYA CMCC Storage

  • Store in a cool, dry place, protected from the action of sunlight and rain.

  • Do not store at temperatures below 41℉(5°C) or above 104℉(40℃).

  • All information is nominal values at the time of manufacturing, and related performance properties are based on the "as manufactured" condition. Actual values may vary depending on application methods, substrate conditions, environmental factors, and specific product configurations.
