About Kinjoya

The birth of KINJOYA is the natural convergence of nearly thirty years of industry dedication and the demands of the times. In 1993, our predecessor “Jingxi” was founded, establishing a development DNA centered on “integrity in operation and quality as the foundation.” Over the following decades, the company deepened its roots in the Chinese waterproofing market, participating in numerous large-scale national key projects. Our business covered various fields including urban residential buildings, public structures, rail transit, municipal engineering, and water conservancy projects, amassing vast data, rich engineering experience, and mature manufacturing processes.

As the global construction industry moves towards high-altitude, complex, green, livable, and intelligent development – and with extreme weather imposing higher demands on building and industrial protection – traditional waterproofing materials and solutions struggle to meet the diverse needs of the international market. To address these challenges, expand service boundaries, and fully respond to global market demands, the company underwent a strategic upgrade in 2024: establishing the KINJOYA international office in Beijing while simultaneously integrating and upgrading existing production and R&D resources, embarking on a new journey of global development.

KINJOYA’s manufacturing and R&D strength is built on three pillars rooted in our heritage:

• Mature Manufacturing Processes – Inherited from 1993, we possess mature production processes and core material science. Our product systems cover multiple technology routes including polymer-modified bitumen, polyurethane, acrylic, and cementitious materials, proven across diverse projects such as residential buildings, public structures, rail transit, municipal works, and water conservancy.

• Engineering Validation System – Decades of participation in large-scale national key projects have formed a closed-loop feedback system from real-world application to product refinement. Each material category has been validated through long-term, multi-environment, and multi-condition field use, ensuring reliable long-term erosion resistance with a designed service life of decades.

• Environmental Adaptability Testing – Combining established material technologies with various environmental tests, we systematically evaluate performance under different climatic conditions (high temperature, low temperature, humidity, UV, etc.). This helps us build waterproofing product systems capable of adapting to extreme weather variations, meeting the upgraded needs of global construction and industrial protection.

In 2024, as part of our strategic upgrade, we integrated and upgraded existing production and R&D resources to further strengthen these capabilities, ensuring that every solution is both field-proven and globally responsive.
