  • Excellent mechanical performance: The product is woven with high-strength polyester fibers, which can effectively accommodate minor deformations of the substrate caused by temperature changes, structural settlement, etc., preventing cracks in the waterproof layer. At the same time, its excellent tear resistance can withstand external impacts during construction, ensuring the integrity of the waterproof layer. 

  • Super strong bonding compatibility: The surface of the polyester fabric has been specially roughened, with moderate porosity, allowing it to be fully wetted and bonded with various waterproof coatings forming a seamless integral waterproof layer.

  • Outstanding weather and corrosion resistance: The raw materials have excellent UV resistance, acid and alkali resistance, and aging resistance, allowing long-term use in complex and harsh environments, thereby extending the service life of waterproof projects.

  • Base Treatment: Before construction, ensure that the base is flat, solid, and clean, without dust, oil stains, water accumulation, etc. Inner and outer corners should be made into rounded or obtuse angles.

  • Coating Application: Evenly apply the first layer of waterproof coating on the treated base, controlling the thickness at about 0.5mm, ensuring the coating fully covers the base surface.

  • Polyester Fabric Laying: After the surface of the first coat is dry, lay the polyester fabric smoothly onto the coated layer. Gently press with a scraper or roller to ensure full adhesion between the polyester fabric and the coating, avoiding bubbles or wrinkles. For overlapping areas, the overlap width should be no less than 10cm.

  • Subsequent Coating: After laying, immediately apply the second layer of waterproof coating on the surface of the polyester fabric, ensuring the coating fully covers the polyester fabric, with the thickness also controlled at about 0.5mm. Once the surface of the second coat is dry, continue applying waterproof coating until the designed thickness is achieved.

  • Store the product upright in a cool warehouse, retaining inner supports. Keep it on pallets with the original protective film intact. Stack no more than two pallets high, using dunnage between layers for isolation. 

  • Protect from direct sunlight, heat sources, freezing temperatures, organic solvents, and physical impact. 

  • The product is suitable for long-term storage when these conditions are maintained.

  • All information is nominal values at the time of manufacturing, and related performance properties are based on the "as manufactured" condition. Actual values may vary depending on application methods, substrate conditions, environmental factors, and specific product configurations.
