High Wear Resistance: It has excellent wear resistance, able to withstand frequent friction and impact from vehicles and people, offering a long service life.

Anti-Slip Safety: The surface can present a fine hairy texture with evenly distributed particles, providing good anti-slip performance to effectively ensure the walking safety of people and vehicles.

Good Weather Resistance: Aliphatic polyurethane topcoat has high weather resistance; under UV exposure, the coating does not chalk, lose gloss, or fade, maintaining strong color and gloss retention, suitable for outdoor use.

Strong Decorative Effect: Rich colors, smooth and seamless surface, easy to clean, able to meet the decorative needs of different spaces.

Chemical Resistance: Resistant to various chemical corrosions, adaptable to acids, bases, salts, and other chemical substances, suitable for industries such as chemical, food, and pharmaceuticals.

Surface preparation: After the intermediate coat is fully cured and has been sanded and cleaned, inspect the substrate to ensure it is flat and clean, free of dust, particles, and debris.  

Material mixing: Stir the topcoat base evenly, add the curing agent according to the specified ratio, and mix thoroughly. Anti-slip agents or additives to adjust gloss can be added as needed.  

Coating application: Apply the coating using roller, spray, or trowel methods. For the same area, try to use materials from the same batch, and apply in a 'ladder' pattern to ensure one-time formation and avoid construction seams.  

Curing and maintenance: After the topcoat application is completed, the construction site should be sealed off to prevent entry of personnel and vehicles. The material needs 24 hours to harden (can be extended in winter). The curing period is 7 days, during which the area cannot be driven on or exposed to water, and any accumulated water should be cleaned promptly to prevent whitening. In winter and low temperatures, the curing period should be extended.

Store in a dry, cool, and ventilated warehouse, keeping the temperature at 5-25℃, and avoid exposure to rain or direct sunlight. 

Buckets should be stored upside down to prevent moisture absorption and deterioration. 

Keep away from fire and heat sources, in accordance with hazardous material storage standards. 

Unused materials should be sealed; in humid environments, nitrogen protection is recommended.
