Non Cured Rubber Asphalt Waterproof Coating

Super strong adhesion, capable of achieving microscopic full adhesion with various substrates such as concrete, metal, and rolled materials, with bonding strength reaching over 0.8MPa.  

Excellent self-healing ability, when the waterproof layer is punctured or micro-cracks appear in the substrate, the material will automatically flow to fill the gaps, realizing 'crack self-healing' and greatly improving waterproof reliability.  

High extensibility and deformation resistance, with an elongation of over 15mm (for a 2mm thickness), able to adapt to substrate deformations such as building settlement and thermal expansion/contraction, avoiding cracks in the waterproof layer caused by stress transfer.  

Strong environmental adaptability, not brittle at -20°C and not flowing at 80°C.  

Convenient and flexible construction, can be applied using spraying, brushing and other methods, suitable for operation on damp surfaces, and can form in a single application without seams, ensuring high construction efficiency.

Surface preparation: Ensure the concrete surface is flat, clean, dry, and free of oil stains. Cracks or depressions should be repaired and leveled with mortar. 

Coating application: Use rolling, brushing, or troweling methods to evenly apply the primer on the surface, ensuring consistent thickness and allowing the material to fully wet the concrete substrate.

Construction thickness: This coating can be applied to the design thickness in a single application and is also suitable for use with asphalt-based membranes. Brushing the coating while laying the membrane yields better results.

The product is sealed and packed with steel buckets with cover and plastic buckets.

Avoid sunlight and rain, and store in dry warehouse.

Products of different types shall be stacked separately, and shall not be mixed.

Closing to fire source is prohibited, avoid sunlight and rain, prevent colliding, pay attention to ventilation, and temperature of storage shall not exceed 40℃.

Warranty under normal transportation and storage conditions is 2 years.
